We provide professional coaching and leadership development for individuals and teams, to help leaders and their organizations to be more focused, effective and successful. Coaching is flexible — in person, via telephone or video conference. Coaching may include one or more assessment tools that can help identify client strengths, weaknesses, preferences, needs and how they are perceived by others. Examples of typical assignments include “smoothing rough edges” for high potential employees struggling with “soft skills;” identifying and mitigating career “de-railers and stoppers;” and developing “executive presence” to increase a senior leader’s confidence, impact and effectiveness.
