Dr. Tim Kincaid is a leadership coach, consultant, and educator with deep expertise in leadership development, strategic communication, and organizational change. He works with leaders and teams to increase clarity, impact, and long-term success.

A Professional Certified Coach (PCC) through the International Coaching Federation (ICF), Tim is also certified in a range of personality and leadership assessments commonly used in executive coaching. His clients benefit from his thoughtful, practical approach—grounded in both real-world business experience and evidence-based coaching methods.

Tim brings more than 25 years of corporate experience to his work, including 16 years in corporate communications at American Airlines. His leadership roles include serving as president of ICF North Texas and the Gay Coaches Alliance, and as a board member of the Texas Coaches Coalition.

In addition to coaching and consulting, Tim teaches leadership and organizational behavior at the University of North Texas’ G. Brint Ryan College of Business. He holds a doctorate in Human and Organizational Development and an MBA.
